 Budburst2Budburst1Our Annual Springtime Bud Burst Lunch – in conjunction with Slow Food Hunter Valley

A magnificent 3 course lunch will be specially prepared by Slow Food Hunter Valley using the finest produce from our local region – organic and biodynamic where possible.


A portion of the funds raised from this event go direct to Slow Food Hunter Valley (a not-for-profit organisation).


Springtime Bud Burst Celebration is to celebrate the spring and forthcoming harvest and to support the activities of the Slow Food movement in the education of sustainable, locally produced food with a fair return to farmers/producers.


Wonderful music – Ngariki will entertain us for the afternoon as we enjoy beautiful wine, fantastic food and stunning ambience.


The menu will include vegetarian options – please confirm upon booking.
